What is your cancellation policy?If you need to cancel, please let us know by email within 72 hours of your start date. If you cancel within 72 hours, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 fee. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will receive a full refund minus a $200 fee. If you don't email us to cancel within 24 hours or do not show for the booking, there is no refund. If you need to cancel the booking within 24 hours after making the reservation, you will receive a full refund.

Are your drivers properly license and insured?Yes, Simply A Tour drivers are all properly licensed insured including required to undergo random drug testing in order to stay in compliance with company and California state laws.

Do you allow smoking and/or drinking?All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING (Vapes included) and ALCOHOL-FREE. Feel free to ask the chauffeur to stop for smoke breaks as many times as you need. If any passenger smokes or drinks in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee of $750.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking or drinking. Upon request, drivers can provide bottled water at no additional cost. Yes, we like to keep the vehicles clean and in good condition for when you decide to book another tour with us in the future!

What about the COVID-19?Simply A Tour maintains not only clean but properly sanitized vehicles after every tour. Upon booking a tour, customers agree to the COVID-19 Liability Waiver Statement as expressed on the COMPANY POLICIES section: https://www.simplyatour.com/copy-of-terms-conditions. Customers must read this section and agree that Simply A Tour will not be held legally liable for any health related issues concerning all variants of the COVID-19. Customers waive and forgo all rights regarding attempting to pursue any legal action against Simply A Tour regarding the Covid-19 viruses. Upon request, masks and hand sanitizer will be provided and made readily available to all guests. If you do not agree with the companies policies including any terms and conditions, then please do NOT book a tour at this time. You can always book with us in the future!
